The only thing that really concerns me is that it's the first story I ever sent for publication. And looking back I'm not very proud of it, but I guess they saw something in it...

Just read your contract very carefully before you accept it. Make sure you're not going to have to pay them for anything (such as editing) or buy copies of the publication. And congrats on the sale! :)
