A good and growing market for short story reprints (and originals), which many writers may have overlooked, is the podcast (ie. audio versions of stories, by one or more readers, often with some sound effects, music etc). The various podcast sites are seeking science fiction, fantasy and horror and many are paying good rates. The major sites that are open to general submissions are:
