Thread: Congrats to EDF & Flashing Swords

Default Congrats to EDF & Flashing Swords

Looking at Duotrope's "Markets that send personal responses" list (you have to use the "Show Report" combo box to see it), I see there are a stunning 11 markets on there that respond personally at least 94% of the time, and EDF and Flashing Swords are on there.

Obviously, we're doing something right on this board.

Very nifty - I checked my stats and I'm still too new, but at least I don't show up among the dozens of markets who never reply to subs! Crazy.

Very cool. That's often the difference between subbing to one market and to another. I always prioritize markets that send feedback. It's a great way to guarantee getting the best work (Although it probably also guarantees larger slushpiles).

    Keep up the good work!

It might guarantee a larger slushpile, but it also ensures a slush pile with fewer unacceptable stories. (and I don't mean stories that just need a revision or two when I use the word 'unacceptable')
