    Default RotS Tour Schedule

    Hey guys...

I'll post the schedule here in bits and pieces...probably a week at a time.

    Today...

Robert Rhodes has a great post at StoryCrafters. It's 10 Tips for Aspiring Speculative Fiction Authors.

Tomorrow I'm promoting Bill Ward's post in the major promo. It's a great post so if you haven't checked it out before, do so.

Thursdaywill be two spotlights with excerpts. One at Buzz the Book and another at Jame's Enge's blog.

And Friday another spotlight with excerpt at Jeff Parish's blog.

I want to encourage everyone to stop by, leave a comment, link to the posts if you can and of course, buy the anthology. You'll love it!<WBR>

It's still technically Thursday (in the Eastern US, anyway), I guess, so I thought I'd post a link to my blog, which is today's stop of the Return of the Sword virtual book tour.

    jamesenge.livejournal.com/41075.html

Stop by for a fiery slice of Bill Ward's 'Wyrd of War' (one of my favorites from the book).

    James Enge
    http://jamesenge.com/

'A Covenant with Death' in Flashing Swords
'The Lawless Hours' in Black Gate 11
'The Gordian Stone' in Every Day Fiction
'The Red Worm's Way' forthcoming in Return of the Sword
'Payment in Full' forthcoming in Black Gate

    This week's schedule...

7-11 BookStacks - I'm not exactly sure when she'll post today's piece...she's "down under" but it will be up. There will be a different excerpt or guest post each day.

    8th - Jeff Draper Blog

    9th - Robert Rhode's Blog

    10th - Brian Dolton's Livejournal

    Thanks everyone!

I'd put a piece together before your email arrived, Jean (it's a time zone thing...) - hope it's OK.

Hey all: Tuesday, April 15, is my day to host the 'Return of the Sword' blog tour ... so I decided to post a bonus story -- 'Gram's Gift' from Amazing Journeys Magazine (Thanks, Ed!)

The story, published a couple of year's ago in Ed's fine publication, features the Faceless Sons -- so it's part of the same sword-and-sorcery cycle featured in 'RotS.'

It'll go live at midnight. I hope you enjoy it.

Nice idea, Steve - and a great story to read, folks (that was a great issue of Amazing Journeys Mag to pick up, too).
