Love the piccies! And awed that anyone wants to do that stuff. I just like writing about it... Cowardice, too, has it's place (I hope!)

Good song, Wicked. Get's you motived to move beyond the comfort zone.

Now when I'm in a down and dirty, let's go get 'em mood, I like Miranda Lambert's 'Gunpowder and Lead.' Please don't take the song literally, lol.

Thanks.
I'm actually scared of heights, but I am working on it.
Give snowmobiling a try. You don't have to go fast, and crashing doesn't hurt as much if you go when the powder is fresh.

C.L.- Oh, canoeing is fun. Better put it on your to do list next summer.
The kayak was a blast, I really miss the ocean.

Lyn- Gunpowder and Lead? I don't know, that sounds kind of permanent. I like this one better.
Carrie Underwood- Before He Cheats

Before He Cheats is a good one. Eh, what? Too much Country? Nah... lol
Okay, then I think this is a poignant song - how quickly time flies... 100 Years

I went on a month long canoe trip this summer. I'll have to see about working it in next summer.

Youtube is a fertile place.
Since I am looking up favorite characters, and trying to get in the frame of mind for NaNoWriMo, I'll see if I can come up with my top five good guys, and bad guys.

Previous post- Good guy. Tristan from King Arthur.
I think Tristan is portrayed as such a dark character he could almost be an antihero.

Current- Bad Guy. Prince Nuada from Hellboy ll.
This was a case where I liked the bad guy so much I was hoping they would find a way to save him all the way to the end.
WARNING: Total spoiler alert for this video.</font>
Nightwish- Amaranth (I am rapidly becoming a Nightwish fan)

Anyone else have some favorite characters floating around on youtube?

There's a song from 'Chitty-Chitty-Bang-Bang' that helps me every time I think of it. Not sure of the title. Line that gets me: 'Up from the ashes of disaster - grow the roses of success'

Thanks for the laugh! That part about clowns reminds me of the E-trade commercials, especially the one with the baby saying, "Yeah. I really underestimated the creepiness . . ." That's likely my favorite alltime commercial.

I was planning to be in bed by now, but my son forgot to thaw out the mice for his snake. Just what I wanted to do before bed, feed the snake.

*SMACK*
Halloween came and went, and I forgot to post the Jack O' Lanterns.

The background may be a little gray. I set the pumpkins on our grill. That one I set on fire a while back.
Oh well, I'm sure I can save the money for a new one for the hubby's Birthday.
He'll never know.

My daughter's turned cannibal and ate her oldest brother's pumpkin.

Youngest boy stayed with the traditional.

My middle boy did an excellent job. I drew a scorpion for him, and he carved it into his pumpkin.

Mine was the school mascot, because I used it as a decoration for the carnival.

Anyone else have pictures to share?
