Being Human

I know that we've been talking about 'Being Human' on the end of the 'Demons' thread - but after watching this week's excellent episode, I felt it ought to have a thread of its own. If you haven't seen it yet, make sure you do. It's everything that 'Demons' aspires to be and fails so very miserably. Funny... frightening... and poignant.

We just downloaded the first episode, but haven't had a chance to look at it yet. One to watch when the kids are asleep, alas.

Loved Being Human. Thought the ending was fitting, and the very end suggested more to come so hoping the BBC makes it happen.


Do think someone needs to stop Johnny Cash being used on tv though. I love Cash and hard to go wrong with his songs for moving endings, but too many are doing it. Saw the same song used in Being Human and then in Generation Kill.


Already seen (heard) it used in the Terminator tv show, and that was fantastic. So enough!





By the way, on the BBC website there is a blog for Being Human and very good to watch, especially the behind the scenes videos.
