Default Time in a Bottle - Volume 1 TOC

    Hi all,

Thought you might like a look at the table of contents for volume 1 of the Time in a Bottle anthology. So here it is:

Goblin Lullabye by Jim C. Hines
Two Seconds Ahead by Rob Rosen
After Nightfall (a Ydaire Story) by Jonathan Shipley
Dallas Through the Looking Glass by Ken Goldman
Saving the World From Sleeping In by Rachesl Swirsky
The Time Machine by Courtney Burback
Of Fire and Time by Silvia Moreno-Garcia
    Reparations by Merrie Haskell
The Time Traveler's Happily Ever After by Jordan Lapp
The Second Gift by Seth Skorkowsky
An Honorable Race by Colin P. Davies

    The Neverstone by K.C. Shaw
The Worth of a Man by Lyn McConchie
Azieran: The Seal of Mon'Ta'Set by Christopher Heath
The Master of Time by James S. Dorr
What Does Luck Taste Like? by Danny Birt

The Plot to Kill Claus by Erik Lenhart
On Camlann Field by Charles Kyffhausen
Zen and the Art of Time Travel by Robert Neilson

Now, you notice I said volume 1? We had so many submissions that were good and that we hated to pass on that we're doing more than one volume. Not sure how many just yet. I'll keep you posted.

I'll also update this thread when Volume 1 is finally in print.

Also, are the writers involved in the edits? I thought I saw a thread about David Pitchford doing the editing...just wondering?

Soon as David gets all the edits back to me, I'll be sending stories back out for revisions, Chris. I don't know that they'll all need it, some were pretty tight as submitted and just needed minor copy editing. But yes. the authors are involved in any revisions that are necessary. You know me that well by now, I hope?

Okay, thanks Kelly; I know you include the authors in edits, but it sounded like maybe the process had already been finished. Just making sure I wasn't accidentally overlooked. Cool, looking forward to hearing from you!

Nope, the process is no where closed to finished, Chris. Besides, it would be hard to overlook one of my favorite authors, you know?

Thanks Kelly, that means a lot, especially when I'm in a depressive state and can't focus to write. I got David's edits; they were spot on including one massive faux pas by myself. I'll be sending it back shortly. Hopefully I can get motivated to do something besides surfing the net.

    You're welcome, Chris.

Sounds like you're suffering from too much winter and not enough bright sunlight.
