Default Stephen Erikson

One nice thing about being transferred from one position to another is that now, while I cannot do anything else at the desk and console I am chained to, I can read. And I have just finished my first 10/10 title:

Reaper's Gale, book 7 of Steven Erikson's The Malazan Book of the Fallen.

Simply spectacular.
I am utterly awed.

Nicholas, take note.

Which I do highly - highly! - recommend...though after of course reading the preceding 6, Mr. Darkbow. As I mentally review it now, I believe it will still pass such high marks if read as separate from all the others - the series does not require chronological reading, at least not the expected and regular type - though the magnitude of certain of the books aspects will simply be missed without prior knowledges.

I've only read one of them, so it looks like I've got some reading to do.
