I believe that everyone who's applied for membership thus far has been accepted at this time. Apologies on any delay, but it doesn't seem that I receive any auto notification that Team RBE has pending membership requests. I only know of them if I click through a couple pages and look for them...or if it's mentioned here in this thread.
