A new year is here, and I've been hunting down trailers to see if there is anything out there that will get me into a theater.
It's not looking too bad.
March -
Season of the Witch- It's PG-13, but I think I'll leave the kids at home and make this one a date movie. Looks pretty dark.

Clash of the Titans - Looking forward to it.

April -
Warlords-

May-
Iron Man 2
Not going to post the link, because I'm sure the trailer is spammed all over TV as it is.
Robin Hood-

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time - The kids and I will check this one out.
June-
The A-Team - Hello nostalgia. Of course I will be going to this one.

Jonah Hex -
Nothing out there but fake trailers so far, but I'll keep my eye out.
July-
The Last Airbender - Maybe on this one. The kids and I love the cartoon. We'll wait and see what future trailers look like.

Predators- A reboot of the Predator franchise. Normally I dislike horror, but because the Predators are hunters, and not just mindless, "Let's eat all the humans!" kind of aliens, I am kind of into them.
No trailer yet.
______
Since I have better odds of being eaten by a shark than of Hollywood making many decent medieval movies, I've been turning to foreign films.
Musa:The Warrior - A Korean film. Except for having a bit of trouble keeping up with the subtitles, I really liked this movie. I just had to remind myself early on that many Asian movies aren't really into happy endings.
Seven Swords - A Hong Kong film. If you can overlook some of the plot devices and moments of characters doing conveniently stupid things to put them where they need to be to progress the plot, I liked this one two. It had kind of a superhero feel to it, mixed in with the heroic fantasy.
Mongol - International co-production between Germany, Russia, Mongolia, and Kazakhstan. Another one I really liked.

I expected Seven Swords to be good (and it was), but Musa: The Warrior took me by surprise. I didn't expect to like it as much as I did.
