I wasn't aware that Conan had ever had sex with his mother?
I wasn't aware that John Carter was ever crowned Emperor of Mars either.

Would have been much easier to read with less vulgarity.

Ah, I found it refreshing real, like I was listening to one of the many truck drivers I talk with at work waxing on about his hero. The vulgarity is def part of the site's theme.

Now just imagine Samuel L. Jackson reading the article aloud...

I came across this guy's book yesterday at B&N, and bought it. It's quite fun.

I only have one thing to say, Conan is the bass of every week.

I had no problem with the vulgarity. It was well handled and rather delightful.

I'm reading the book now, and enjoying it. Though I do think the introduction defining badassitude was so far over the top in language (word choices and plain old street talking) that it does almost kill a desire to continue. Didn't bother me on the website and hasn't bothered me throughout the profiles I've read so far; just in the intro, where he tried so hard he killed it rather than enhanced it. Still will recommend the book, with the caution to skip the intro.

I don't know. I'd bet there's a lot of folks who would love to impale Conan on a metal hook, broil him, and serve him with lemon and a side of rice.

    ...Sorry. I just had to.
