Default Writing for Ghostwriter Publications: Not recommended.

I wrote some stories for them and was hoping to do well with Ghostwriter Publications in the UK.
But things went downhill rather rapidly.

Read any of the links below and you'll get the gist of what has been going on.

I'm not sure anyone was paid for their stories published in Creature Feature.

Obviously I don't encourage anyone else to submit work to them.

    Cheers: Jaq.

I remember you said something about this company some time ago. Too bad things worked out so poorly.

I tell you the crazy thing...some of the writers are well known in the horror or dark fiction genre.
Ghostwriter Publications had the oppotunity to publish books and anthologies by writers already known and admired by many readers.
Instead they pissed the oppotunity away against a wall.
And have now become somewhat infamous within the on-line horror writing community.
I suspect they think a few forum posts here and there won't affect them very much, which of course is not true.
It doesn't take long for bad news to travel around cyberspace.

I have a little list, I have a little list, from them I shall be missed...and a darn good thing too, thanks for that, one of the things that the internet has done is to make our community as small as my country. It's very dangerous to scam a writer here, pretty much all writers know other writers in a country olf 4 mill. Cheat one, 48 hours and everyone's heard. A magazine tried to scam me for accepted and used filler work some years ago. I howled about it to everyone I knew here. So many people made it a point to drop in and mention it to the editor than - yes, very reluctantly, they paid up.
