Synopsis for a series

Hello,

I just completed my 2-3 page synopsis for my first novel which is approximately 103,000 words.

My question is how do I go about writing a synopsis for the following books? I'm thinking that there is a distinct difference for the beginning of each book.

It will be a series, and they're all about the same word count as the first one.

Find out what your target editor likes. I worked up a short synopsis for each book, about 300 words, and tacked one for the book I was showing off onto the main (series) synopsis. Be sure to include any hooks you have worked up for the series.
