Will V Survive?

Myself, I've enjoyed the series, but have heard that it might be getting canceled.
I've known many who were enjoying it, but equally as many who were tired of it.
Thoughts?

I do watch others, but it's the only SF-related show on that I watch right now.
Hoping Caprica comes back soon...

I was a HUGE V fan as a kid and I have to tell you that this show just isn't doing it for me. The characters aren't interesting and the writers seem like they're trying too hard. I think part of the problem is that it's V but it's not really V. If they came out with it, made the creatures bugs instead of lizards and didn't call it V, I'd probably like it.

I do like the reporter, though (Chad something) and the 5th columnist (whose name I can't remember).

I do agree that they seem like they're trying too hard (such as the FBI agent's kid whose blood didn't match his father and the ensuing drama). Some of the character interactions need a bit more work as well.

Just lucky it didn't land on Fox. Wouldn't have come back after the first four episodes, I imagine...
