Um, it's still quiet... heard nothing in response to my sub so far... is it really back? Anyone know anything?

    I'm assuming so.

Janrae, Neve, what's going on? Has Flashing Swords gone to the Great Elephant Burial Grounds?

No, we are not dead yet!

I have no clue what is going on with the DarkZone forum although I suspect that it is being overhauled or adjusted to better fit the direction that Daverana is heading. Any delays in responding to submissions and queries are solely mine. Back in November I discovered a problem with my UK Visa and spent a considerable amount of time in the US getting that resolved as well as taking care of family business. While visiting I had very limited access to a reliable computer so things have fallen by the wayside. I've been back in the UK for a couple weeks now and will be replying to folks soon.

    *update*
The FSM e-mail service is not being cooperative this evening. I'll be replying through nevebaci@gmail.com until the issue is resolved. If you even suspect your sub or query has gone awry, please don't hesitate to get in touch at that email address.

I'm glad Flashing Swords is still alive. I have a soft spot for FS, since it was the first paying market to buy one of my stories. I hope the relaunch goes forward without further difficulties.

We are in the process of changing the main site, Daverana.com, over to drupal, which is very user friendly. FSM is up next for the drupaling.

Well, since I subbed at the original "we are open again" announcement last year and have heard nothing, I emailed a query at the gmail address, and silence continues.

    Anyone know anything further?

I'm beginning to think this has died. . . again. Can you tell us anything, Janrae? Last word on this came in April.
