Which is the best Fantasy Magazaine for you guys?

Just post your favorite magazine and which story got you into that magazine, why it is your favorite magazine, and your favorite story in that magazine so far.
For me, my favorite would be Beneath Ceaseless Skies. I love that I get two stories of adventure fantasy every two-three weeks. I also love the fact that it is free. "Where Virtue Lives" by Saladin Ahmed is the story which brought me into the magazine, and my favorite story is "Mister Hadj's Sunset Ride" by Saladin Ahmed. Well, what is yours?

There are a couple I really enjoy: Heroic Fantasy Quarterly is a belter, as are Sorcerous Signals and Silver Blade. BCS is also fantastic, of course.
