I have two fantasy novels from DAW Books and would like someone to review them for SFReader.com, the review to be posted here in the Book Reviews section. I generally review for the site here, but reviewing my own books just isn't good. The two books are:
AFTER HOURS: TALES FROM THE UR-BAR: An anthology containing 15 stories set in a magical bar that shifts through time and is bartended by Gilgamesh. Contributing authors include Seanan McGuire, Maria V. Snyder, Patricia Bray, Laura Anne Gilman, among others. The anthology is edited by Joshua Palmatier & Patricia Bray. The release date is March 2011, so a review posted at the beginning of March would be appreciated.
WELL OF SORROWS: This book is already on the shelf in trade format, but it is being released in mass market paperback in May 2011 with a new cover that rocks. I'd like to draw some attention to the book in May. The premise is settling a new world with covered wagons, only to discover new races, new deadly creatures, and a Well that offers those who drink from it more than they could possibly want.
If you are interested in reading and reviewing either of these novels, please contact me on here and I can send an electronic copy of the book. Again, this is only for those who will write a review of the book for the SFReader Book Review forum. Thanks!
