Hi all,

Recently a good friend and I have been approached about editing an anthology for Padwolf Press. My friend knows these folks somewhat but I've never had any contact. Anyone ever had any contact/experience with this publisher? Thanks.

I'm afraid I've never heard of them.... what terms are they offering?

Robert and I would be the editors, contracting for 13 themed stories with the authors. Needless to say, we would be including our own stories in the 13. Padwolf Press would pay us us a royalty per book and e-book sold, which we would distribute with the authors. I don't believe there is an advance from Padwolf. I don't know if we will get author copies of the anthology, although I would want that.

This would be my first plunge into this end of the pool, so I'm not sure how this shapes up to other small press publisher's arrangements.
